Did you know that keeping your computer & peripheries plugged in overnight produces CO2? If we turned off home computers when not in use, we would cut their CO2 impact by 8.3 MILLION TONS a year or 50%! We all need to do something to reduce CO2 impacts, sometimes something simple like this. See some great energy conservation tips that you can do NOW at: http://www.guardianfuel.com/GF&EArticles/103EnergyTipsPub.pdf

Hi everyone,
We are customers with a company which offers products created from naturally derived ingredients. They work better then store brands and are comparably priced. This company has been green since it was established more then 23 years ago, and is focused on helping people remove the toxic chemicals from our homes that our families are exposed to on a daily basis. Before we started shopping with them, we had no idea that there was formaldehyde in toothpaste and dish soap. Even laundry detergent contains caustic chemicals which could remain in your clothes and be adsorbed into your skin causing irritations and rash. Since converting our home to these non-toxic products we feel more confident that we have made a more healthy choice for our family. We are very excited to share information with others about this wonderful company. Their products are registered with the EPA and are even licensed to be used in medical facilities and day cares. All their products are developed from extensive scientific research and many of their products are U.S. patented, which means that they have to work, and all are backed with a 60day guarantee. This isn't Amway or Shaklee, we did look into those companies and found that they were over priced, and these days we are definitely not looking to spend more money then we have to. We don't sell anything ourselves, we are just customers. But we can share the information about this company with you. If your interested you can email us at...mike@theMVPgroup.net
Thanks

Established in 1986, Water Filter Company, Inc. is still operated by the same founding family. We carry the largest selection of water treatment products in New England. Our new North Kingstown, RI location perfectly situates us to be an equal distance from any of our customers in RI, MA, & CT.

At W.F.C. we recognized long ago that each water test result and homeowners' water usage habits vary, so matching the water treatment equipment to each application provided a better value for our customers than trying to fit just one brand, model and size into every situation. Since 1986 we have been representing a variety of manufacturers with solid established histories-- focused on producing specific products to solve specific water quality problems like yours.

Today our long-term affiliations with a varity of companies has resulted in their asking us to be their area representative. We now have the ability to properly MATCH the right products to your water test, daily water needs & budget. No company selling just one brand can offer you our selection or options. WATER FlLTER COMPANY offers you superior products, backed by the strongest manufacturer warranties found anywhere, and it is all backed by our family business. Our dealership has existed for 22 years. We are here to stay!

Hope you can join us on our website @ http://waterfiltercompany.com

Poksak, LLC is a new Rhode Island based company, entering the reusable bag marketplace. Originally founded by a university French professor, a well seasoned business executive and a mother of four, the Poksak family is an ever growing community.
Today there are several brands and designs of reusable bags on the global market; however Poksak’s unique competitive advantage is its convenience, cost and durability, there’s nothing like it! The Poksak comes in a small, convenient pouch which contains a fabric bag, large enough to hold more than two plastic bags worth of groceries, books, clothing, and much more. Existing reusable bags on the market, are typically large and unmanageable and are usually forgotten at home or in the back of the car when you need them the most. The Poksak is small and compact enough to be stored in pockets, purses or handbags…it is no larger than an IPhone.
More and more Americans are taking charge of caring for the environment. If plastic bags continue to pollute bodies of water, landfills, or the environment, generations to come will suffer the consequences. The Poksak is an innovative idea by a team of caring individuals with a vision to make a positive impact on the environment.

not to mention 10k sq miles in brazil of rainforest illegally cut down in the last year!!

yea so just read some headline on that screen that pops up in my browser, says: brazil encouraging people to urinate in showers to save the rainforest, hmmmmmmmm

DEFORESTATION in Brazil's Amazon rainforest in June was four times more devastating than the month before, further depleting what is seen as one of the biggest buffers against global warming, official data revealed today.
http://www.enn.com/top_stories/article/1704

The crackdown came just weeks after the government said the Amazon rainforest was disappearing at an alarming rate -- shrinking by 10,000 square miles in the 12-month period ending last August.

check ice cap thickness 1950 vs 2008 this is the real measure as it is an indicator of volume(15ft to a gradual 2-3 ft now!), im tired of the denial of straight facts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the changing of the earth's surface is one of the clear causes of global warming ..., I have done research in surface tempuratures and their effect on the surrounding environment!! I know this first hand, after months of testing a pigment heating and other variable on a daily basis for months with a laser thermometer...
